Fitness 1440 White House is looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a social environment. The membership sales associate is the first face that our members see when walking through our doors, so we are looking for individuals that will strive to be excellent representations of our brand!

We are looking to fill the following shifts

2pm-7pm Monday through Thursday

9am-2pm Monday and Wednesday

Rotating Saturdays from 9am - 2pm and possibility for rotating Fridays once trained.

Must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, punctual, a quick learner, honest and responsible, enjoy working with the public, and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Sales experience is preferred. You will also be responsible for basic cleaning of the gym and equipment

The membership sales associate will be tasked with, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Contacting (via phone) and managing leads through use of a CRM
• Membership sales
• Assisting members with managing their accounts
• General upkeep and cleaning

Pay = Base Pay Commission
